LUK wants to invite you to the Old Council Home on Sunday, May 6, from 2:00 – 4:00 for a Tea Party and Baby Shower to support Elizabeth House of Borromeo Housing Inc. Elizabeth House, a project sponsored by St. Charles Catholic Church, supplies housing and financial support as well as a support system for unwed mothers. As always, we will serve refreshments and play games for prizes. All are invited; please stop by and join the fun. We are asking that you donate an unwrapped gift (gift cards, boys clothes (9 – 24 mos and 4T), diapers, wipes, summer clothing, generic infant's clothing) to this event. Donations to Elizabeth House and St. Charles Catholic Church are tax-deductable. If you cannot come to the shower and would like to donate a gift, please contact Nanette O'Neill at 703-237-1791 to arrange a drop off.

Look for LUK at the Memorial Day picnic where we will sell raffle tickets for a 20-pack of pool guest passes (value $180). Raffle tickets are $5 each or four for $20. See Marijo Galvin for more information.

LUK is saddened by the loss of our good friend Matt McGlade, who passed away suddenly on March 25. Please keep Matt and his family in your prayers.
